We are pleased to announce that a settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit
involving Wrigley’s Eclipse® gum and mints labeled with “Natural Germ Killing.”

The lawsuit alleges that the Wm. Wrigley, Jr. Company falsely advertised that its Eclipse® gum and mints were “scientifically proven to help kill the germs that cause bad breath” as result of the “natural ingredient,” “Magnolia Bark Extract.” Wrigley began selling these products in the United States in June 2008.

Under the proposed settlement, Wrigley will create a fund of up to $7 million to provide cash refunds to Class Members who timely submit a valid claim form. You can fill out and submit a claim form online at www.EclipseSettlement.com.

If you are a Class Member, you could receive up to $10. Click here to submit a claim. You are a Class Member if you purchased Wrigley Eclipse® gum or mints labeled with a “Natural Germ Killing” message purchased and sold within the United States after June 1, 2008.
